Suzanne Lammers

personal trainer

Originally from Canada, my husband and I moved to Overland Park, Kan. over 20 years ago and never left.  Since then we’ve had successful corporate careers, traveled a ton and been blessed with three beautiful children (16-year-old twin girls, 13-year-old boy).

While personal training is a relatively new career for me, sports, fitness, nutrition and a desire for clean health have been part of my lifelong journey.  From a young age I participated in every sport possible, eventually playing volleyball in college and in a competitive ladies league for many years, staying active with running, squash, triathlons and cycling, all while being a regular in the gym and weight room.

Over time I have had to adjust my activities and workouts after realizing that training harder, faster, and longer isn’t always better.  But staying active, taking care of your body, making healthy choices and finding balance can make a significant difference in overall health and wellness, especially as we age.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, it’s my mission to help you reach your fitness goals by developing a program that works for you and your body. This can be one-on-one or in small group sessions. You don’t have to be a competitive athlete to work out and benefit from greater flexibility, balance, mobility, range of motion, strength and cardio fitness.  These are all important for everyday activities, as well as continuing to do the things we enjoy with friends and family.

Whether you are new to working out and aren’t sure where to start, you want to enhance your current fitness routine, get toned for a special occasion, or simply want customized workouts for greater energy, better sleep and physical confidence, I want to help you live your best life!
