My passion for fitness began in college when I realized how focused and energized I felt after exercising. I used exercise as my reward after completing a paper, assignment or studying for an exam. Years later, my dream of helping others enjoy the health benefits of exercise came true.
Since 2006, I have been helping men and women reach and maintain their health and wellness goals. Having a genuine interest in my client’s wellbeing, I provide effective workouts designed with direction and purpose. Exercise should promote health not degrade any part of it. I constantly look for ways to enhance my client’s exercise experience to improve their overall health.
Education is extremely important to me. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and recently completed Muscle Activation Techniques’ Specialist Program. I am a NASM certified and insured Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have also completed the Resistance Training Specialist 123 program, Z-Health R-Phase & I-Phase as well as many other valuable continuing education courses.
In my spare time, I enjoy taking walks with my husband, Tom and our two dogs. Tom and I have been blessed with four wonderful grown children.
